FREE SHIPPING ON ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS OVER $150

All orders placed before 5PM AEST, will be dispatched the following business day.

Please note any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day excluding public holidays.

We offer STANDARD shipping on all Australian orders for a flat rate of AUD $10.00 or EXPRESS shipping for a flat rate of AUD $14.00.

For New Zealand orders we offer EXPRESS shipping for a flat rate of AUD $20.00.

For USA orders we offer EXPRESS shipping for a flat rate of AUD $25.00.

For all other international orders we offer EXPRESS shipping for a flat rate of AUD $25.00.

The shipping cost will be displayed in your cart during checkout.

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information.

International Customs and Duty Charges

Orders shipping outside of Australia may be subject to local import charges. Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country. 49Sunrise cannot be held responsible for any additional charges as Customs & Duty charges are controlled by the local government at the destination of import. 

Please contact your local customs office for further information. We do not offer refunds on International orders, only a store credit (less shipping costs) T&Cs apply.
